Sunnyoaks Avenue Dear Mr. Merrell: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2006-00020) for the re-facing of an existing freestanding sign, a new awning sign, and the re-facing of an existing directional sign for Extra Space Storage located at 241 W. Sunnyoaks Avenue. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the revised plans dated as approved on April 14, 2006, except as modified by the conditions of approval. 3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
