The new freestanding double faced sign foam panel is approximately 6' in height and 32 square feet (4'x 8') in area reading "Woodleaf Apartment Homes." This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The proposed wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on May 7, 2008. 3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
