Thank you for your submittal of a preliminary application for the development of a new
horseshoe entry driveway for the apartment development on the referenced property. The
Planning Division and the Public Works Department is not supportive of two additional
driveways on this property. The proposed concept would create three driveways for this property,
conflicts with existing street trees and utilities and eliminates a significant portion of landscaping
in the front of this complex.
It is recommended that an alternative design be investigated.

Thank you for your submittal of a preliminary application for the development of a new
horseshoe entry driveway for the apartment development on the referenced property. The
property is located in an R-3-S (Multiple Family Residential) Zoning District. The proposed
concept would require approval of a modification to the Site and Architectural Permit that
allowed the construction of the apartment complex originally. An application has be enclosed.
It is recommended that decorative paving be utilize in the new entry driveway and parking area to
minimize the amount of concrete in front of the apartment project.
Your application submittal needs to included;
1. A completed application with appropriate application fee
2. A site plan
3. Proposed building elevation changes and plans
4. A conceptual landscape plan
