The applicant is required to plant one (2) 24-inch box trees (dwarf variety) in the location specified by the approved replanting plan on or before February 15, 2007. The Tree Removal Permit has been approved based upon the City's determination, with a supporting recommendation by a Certified Arborist, that the tree depriving this property of a reasonable sun exposure. It has been determined that this situation cannot be controlled or remedied through tree trimming. This approval is final in 10 calendar days following this decision. The property owner proposes to install two smaller trees to replace the subject tree. The 10 day comment period for this application shall begin on December 22, 2006 and end on January 2, 2007. Any comments regarding this application shall be submitted in writing to the Planning Division before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 as a decision will be rendered after this date. Decisions by the Community Development Director are final in 10 calendar days following the date of approval, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbe~l, prior to the end of the appeal period. A written appeal must be accompanied with the reguired $100 appeal filing fee.
