Valley Drive Dear Ms. Carala: The Community Development Director has approved your after-the-fact Tree Removal Permit (PLN2006-52) for the removal of two Camphor trees with a diameter of 12-inches and 13-inches located in the front and street side yard of property located at 680 W. Valley Drive in the R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) Zoning District, subject to the following condition of approval for tree replacement: 1. The applicant is required to plant two (2) 24-inch box Tulip trees in the location specified by the approved replanting plan on or before July 2, 2006. The Tree Removal Permit has been approved based upon the fact that the trees have already been removed and will be replaced with two new trees, as specified by the condition of approval above. This approval is final in 10 calendar days, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, on or before Friday, June 2, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. A written appeal must be accompanied with a $100 appeal filing fee. Valley Drive in the R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) Zoning District (see map on reverse). Any comments regarding this application shall be submitted to the Planning Division before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2006.
