Dear Mr. Jasuja:
The Community Development Department has reviewed your description of the proposed
use at 1300 White Oaks Road as a sports psychology facility of approximately 6,500 square
feet within the portion of the building previously approved for office uses. Based upon this
description, it has been concluded that this use is most similar to an office use which is a
permitted use within the M-1-S (Light Industrial) zoning district. Consequently, the proposed
use could be approved via a Zoning Clearance.
It will be necessary for you to process tenant improvement plans through the Building
Division as well as obtain a business license for the proposed use.
A request to refund your Conditional Use Permit application fee of $3,120.00 has been
submitted.

Potential Extra Traffic Generation: None
A number of sports clients already come to the site for7.,umba, Tae-Kwanda, physical
exercise and kickboxing.
Permit should be granted because this will provide adjacent land users, citizens of
Campbell and surrounding areas with Physical and cognitive services to keep their mind
and brain healthy. Sports training and assessment, therapy and fitness knowledge to stay
in good shape. Any counseling to be provided by psychologists and/ therapists. This will
also help clients of adjacent business, Industrial Strength Kick-Boxing fitness studio.
Sports psychology assessments. Proposed use has limited parking demand. It does not
follow traditional health fitness business.
Since it has been concluded that this is office use allowed under current zoning,
please make arrangements so that the $3,120 fee is refunded, at your earliest passible
convenience.
