Tree Removal Permit - 2007August 27, 2007 Steven & Sandra Morton 5228 Silver Ridge Court San Jose, CA 95138 Re: Tree Removal Permit File No: PLN2007-122 1620 White Oak Road Dear Mr. & Mrs. Morton: The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Tree Removal Permit application (PLN2007-122) to remove one (1) Coast Live Oak, 26-inches in diameter, as shown on the site plan submitted on August 8, 2007, along the right side of the property at 1620 White Oaks Road. Your request has been approved subject to the following conditions: The applicant shall plant one 36 inch box tree from the City of Campbell recommended replacement tree list on the subject property on or before September 30, 2007. The Tree Removal Permit has been approved based upon the City's determination, with a supporting recommendation by a Certified Arborist, that the tree is causing property damage, including damage to a driveway on an adjacent property, due to its location and confined space. It has been determined that this situation cannot be controlled or remedied through tree trimming. This approval is final in 10 calendar days, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, on or before Thursday, September 6. 2007 at 5:00 p.m. A written appeal must be accompanied with a $100 appeal filing fee. The property owner proposes to install one replacement tree on the subject site. The 10 day comment period for this application shall begin on August 14, 2007 and end on August 24 2007. Any comments regarding this application shall be submitted in writing to the Planning Division before 5:00 p.m. on Friday Au_gust 24, 2007 as a decision will be rendered after this date. Decisions by the Community Development Director are final in 10 calendar days following the date of approval, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N.
