Dear Mr. Zien,
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2008-105) for a wall sign
on property located at 1765 S Winchester Boulevard and found that the proposed commercial sign (for a
commercial banquet hall) is consistent with the Sign Ordinance. The new wall sign is approximately
15 % square feet reading, and reads "Charis Table".
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The banquet hall identified as "Charis Table" for which this sign application is sought shall be
operated as a commercial use.
2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
3. The proposed wall sign and monument sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans
dated as approved on June 27, 2008.
4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
