Winchester Blvd. ~ Firestone Dear Applicant: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2008-20) for one wall sign and to reface and lower an existing freestanding sign on properly located at 2120 S. Winchester Blvd. and found that the proposed signs are consistent with the Sign Ordinance. The new wall signs includes a 48.8 square foot with individual letter sign and the reface of a 50 square foot freestanding sign with a lower height of 14 feet. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The proposed wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on February 19, 2008. 3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. Winchester Blvd. ~ Firestone Dear Applicant: The Planning Division has reviewed your sign request to refurbish the freestanding sign and wall sign on the referenced property in light of current sign standards. The following changes are requested so that proposed signs comply with current regulations. 1) Lower the height of the freestanding sign to 14 feet maximum. 2) Remove all unapproved banners/streamers on the building and freestanding sign.
