FOR CAMPBELL LmTION SCHOOL DISTRICT
This agreement is made for this ~~~~' day of ~a~vua.r ~ 1995 by the City of
Campbell and the Campbell Union School District.
In consideration of the Community Development Director approving two (2)
temporary storage containers at the Campbell Union School District
Corporation Yard, the Campbell Union School District agrees to the following
terms, conditions, and restrictions.
1. Site and Architectural Approval
Approval is granted, subject to the conditions contained in this
agreement for the placement of two 8'x40'x8' high metal storage
containers at the Campbell Union School District Corporation Yard as
shown on the attached Exhibit "A".
2. Removal of Containers
Containers shall be removed from the property within one year of the
date of this agreement.
3. Fencing
An eight (8) foot fence shall be installed as shown in Exhibit "B".
Location of the fence shall be as shown in Exhibit "A". The fence shall be
installed within thirty (30) days from the execution of this agreement.
4. Landscaping
A. Landscaping shall be provided in the area designated in Exhibit "A".
Landscaping shall consist of a minimum of two 24 inch box trees
and three (3), one (1) gallon vines and groundcover. Vines shall be
planted at the base of the fence and trained to grow to cover the
fence. Plant materials shall be per the City of Campbell Water
Efficient Landscape Guidelines.
B. A landscape plan shall be submitted to the Community
Development Department within thirty (30) days of the execution of
this agreement. The Landscape Plan shall include an irrigation
plan. Said landscaping shall be installed within sixty (60) days of the
execution of this agreement.
C. The Campbell Union School District shall be responsible for the
maintenance of said landscaping. Landscape areas shall be watered
on a regular basis so as to maintain healthy plants. Any plants or
trees which die shall be replaced with healthy plants of the same
manner.

5. Building and Fire Department Review
Applicant shall comply with all requirements of the Campbell Building
Department and Central Fire District, and obtain all necessary permits
prior to placing the containers at the subject property.
6. Attorney's Fees
In the event that the City shall require the services of an attorney to
enforce the provisions of this Agreement, the City shall be reimbursed
for all reasonable expenses including attorney's fees. This provision
shall include services rendered by the City Attorney.
7. This Agreement can be signed in counter-parts and shall be binding as so
executed.
8. The undersigned parties have read and understand the foregoing terms
and agree to be bound thereby.
