The new sign consists of one row of 24" individual channel letters measuring 18 square feet in total area and reads'Subway'. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary builduzg/electrical permits from the Building Division prior to the sign installation. 2. The proposed sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as received May 13, 2009. 3. The signs shall be maintauzed in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
