Correspondence - 2009June 10, 2009 Mathew and Patricia McLaughlin 647 Maple Avenue Campbell, CA 95112 Re: Building Permit Verification 647 Maple Avenue APN: 279-46-029 Dear Mr. and Mrs. McLaughlin, This letter is in response to a request for a determination regarding the permitted number of bedrooms and bathrooms for asingle-family residence located at the above referenced property. City records indicate that Building Permit No. BLD2001-00548 approved the addition of a new master-bedroom and reconfiguration of an existing bathroom. This increased the number of bedrooms from three to four and maintained the existing number of bathrooms at two. It is unclear why the actual bedroom/bathroom count is not consistent with County assessment records. Nevertheless, the work performed under the aforementioned Building Permit resulted in a total of four permitted bedrooms and two permitted bathrooms.
