Bascom Ave. ~ CVS Pharmacy Dear Mr. Ford, The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2009-85) for two new wall signs on property located at 1720 S. Bascom Avenue pursuant to an approved Master Sign Program (PLN2008-165). The signs include one (1) 58.2 square-foot sign reading "CVS Pharmacy" and one (1) 9.5 square-foot sign reading " 24 Hours," as indicated on the approved plans (enclosed). This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The approved wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on June 17, 2009. 2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building/electrical permits from the Building Division prior to the sign installation. 3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
