Campbell Avenue - APN: 279-43-020 Dear Mr. Bowen: In response to your request, the proposed five foot dedication along the Campbell Avenue frontage continues to be calculated in the gross acreage of the property as it applies to future development of the property at 507-515 Campbell Avenue relating to density and Floor Area Ratio (FAR). Additionally, Lloyd Square Associates, LLC will not be charged for the public improvements along the Campbell Avenue frontage associated with the East Campbell Avenue Master Plan Public Improvement Capital Project.
