Bascom Avenue, #200 - )Bank of America Dear Mr. Polster, The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2008-166) to remove the four existing wall signs, and installing two new wall signs and reface the existing freestanding monument sign located at 1875 S. Bascom Avenue #200. The new walls signs consist of two 33.75 square foot horizontal red wall cabinets with blue letters and logo. One new wall sign will be located on the Campbell Avenue (southern) elevation and the second new wall sign will be located on the northern elevation facing the parking area. The existing monument sign will remain at its current location along the Bascom Avenue frontage. The Planning Division has found that the proposed signage is consistent with a previously approved Master Sign Program with the elimination of two of the wall signs. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. Repair and repaint areas where the existing cabinet walls signs are to be removed to match existing exterior. 3. The proposed wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on December 2, 2008. 4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
