Dear Mr. Metcalf,
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2009-36) for one
new wall sign, located at 1480 W. Campbell Avenue. The new sign consists of one row of white
and blue flush mount remote L.E.D. 30" illuminated channel letters measuring 46.18 square
feet in total area and reads' [bank.'. The exchange of the existing, conforming, legally
created monument sign panel is exempt from regulation.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building/electrical permits from the Building
Division prior to the sign installation.
2. The proposed sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as
received March 20, 2009.
3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
