according to the Assessor Map enclosed (property line to center line of

NOTICE OF FENCE EXCEPTION
APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of the City of Campbell has
received an application for a Fence Exception
File No.: PLN2008-038
Applicant: Glen and Annemarie Lynch
Project Address: 761 N. Central Avenue
Zoning District: R-1-6 (Single-family residential, 6000 sq. ft. min. lot size)
Project Description: Fence exception in order to legalize an as-built side and rear yard
fence. The fencing consists of a six foot solid wood fence with one
and one-half feet of lattice. Additionally, the exterior side yard
fence is located within the required five foot setback from the
street side property line.
The ten day comment period for this application shall begin on March 11, 2008 and end on
February 4, 2008. Any comments regarding this application shall be submitted in writing to the
Planning Division before 5:00 p.m. on March 21, 2008 as a decision will be rendered after this
date. Plans and letter of request are available for public review at the Planning Division Office.
Decisions by the Community Development Director are final in 10 calendar days following the
date of approval, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's
Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, prior to the end of the appeal period. A written appeal
must be accompanied with the required $100 appeal filing fee.
