Appeal of Admin Decision - 2008October 28, 2008 Marko and Bozana Duchich 855 Emory Avenue Campbell, CA 95008 RE: Front Yard Paving - 855 Emory Avenue Dear Mr. and Mrs. Duchich, The Community Development Director has reviewed the site diagram of your front yard, which indicates that approximately 174 square feet of pavers will be removed from the existing driveway, reducing the percentage of paving in the front yard setback area to below 50%, as required by the Campbell Municipal Code. Once the excess front yard paving has been removed, the Planning Division can provide final building permit clearance for your new home and secondary living unit. You have been informed that you must provide a site diagram of your front yard to the Planning Division indicating how you will reduce the paving within the front yard setback area to below fifty percent. Please provide this information no later than Monday, November 17, 2008. If the Planning Division does not receive this information by this date, your file will be forwarded to the Code Enforcement Officer for enforcement action. Additionally, please be aware that until such time that the excess front yard paving is removed, the Plamling Division cannot provide final clearance for the building penllits of your new home and secondary living unit.
