Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2008-136) for three
freestanding signs on property located at 900 East Hamilton Avenue and found that the proposed signs are
consistent with the Sign Ordinance. The new wall sign (Type A) is 20.25 square feet in area, (Type B) a
entry wall sign is 1 1.86 square feet and the doubled faced directional sign (Type C) is 6.35 square feet in
area.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
2. The proposed signs and projecting sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated
as approved on September 9, 2008. .
3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary.
A partial refund of your application fee of $1,360.00 for a sign program is being processed. The three
proposed signs required an application fee of $505.00 and a refund of $855.00 is being processed.
