Dear Ms. Hagverdian:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved a sign permit application (PLN2009-108) for
one new wall sign on property located at 202 Railway Avenue. The sign measures 32 square-feet
in total signable area and reads "Nelly's Childcare &Pre-School", as indicated on the approved
plans (enclosed).
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The approved wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as
approved on August 19, 2009.
2. If any illumination is proposed, please seek Planning Division review and approval prior to
installation.
3. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building/electrical permits from the Building
Division prior to the sign installation.
4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
