Sunnyoaks Ave. Dear Mr. Ball, The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2008-018) for two new wall signs on property located at 125 E. Sunnyoaks Avenue. The new sign consists of two rows of black 9" formed plastic non-illuminated letters measuring 19.8 square feet in area that reads'SUNNYOAKS EXECUTIVE OFFICES'. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building/electrical permits from the Building Division prior to the sign installation. 2. The proposed sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as received January 29, 2009. 3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
