STAFF RECOMMENDATION That the Planning Commission take the following action: 1. Remove this item from the agenda. DISCUSSION On March 23, 2000, the applicant of the Tentative Parcel Map, Kelvin Hsu of Golden Westmont LLC, submitted a letter to the Community Development Department requesting that the Tentative Parcel Map application (PLN1999-17) be withdrawn. Mr. Hsu states in his withdrawal letter that he intends to revise and resubmit the map to comply with the request by the appellant, Ms. Patricia Lynch. In light of the Tentative Parcel Map application withdrawal, Staff requests that this item be removed from the agenda. Attarhmantc• 1.
