in an R-1-9 (single-family residential, minimum 9,000 square foot lot size)
zoning district.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
That the Planning Commission take the following action:
1. Remove this item from the agenda.
DISCUSSION
On March 23, 2000, the applicant of the Tentative Parcel Map, Kelvin Hsu of Golden Westmont
LLC, submitted a letter to the Community Development Department requesting that the
Tentative Parcel Map application (PLN1999-17) be withdrawn. Mr. Hsu states in his withdrawal
letter that he intends to revise and resubmit the map to comply with the request by the appellant,
Ms. Patricia Lynch.
In light of the Tentative Parcel Map application withdrawal, Staff requests that this item be
removed from the agenda.

Tentative Parcel Map application (PLN1999-17) at this time for the proposed two-lot
subdivision next to your property. The letter of withdrawal will be forwarded to the Planning
Commission at its meeting of April 11, 2000 for the removal of your appeal consideration.
