Dear Applicant:
The Planning Director and the Public Works Director have reviewed your request
to permit a new fence along Central Avenue frontage of your property. Based
upon this review, a modified fencing proposal would be supported if the
following conditions are satisfied and the proposed fencing is located as
redlined on the attached plan.
Conditions:
1. Applicant to submit letters from the adjacent property owners as depicted
on aerial photo indicating that they do not oppose the fencing exception.
2. Applicant to submit a detail of fence design for the Planning Director's
approval.
3. Applicant to submit a revised plot plan indicating modified fence location
as redlined.
