Dear John,
After talking with you about putting up a fence between our two
properties located at 65 E. Rincon and 109 S. Fourth St.,
Campbell, CA., you mentioned the City of Campbell needs a waver
from us since we are an adjoining neighbor to construct a fence
higher than 6 feet.
We do not have any problem with the proposed height of 7 feet for
the fence. So you can consider this a letter of waiver for the 6
foot height to satisfy the City of Campbell requirements,
