Campbell Avenue Dear Mr. Ramirez and Mr. Aguilar: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Outdoor Seating Permit application (PLN2009-131) for Chacho's Tacos located at 266 E. Campbell Avenue. Your application has been approved subject to the following conditions or approval: 1. All seating is to be of the approved type and arranged as shown on the approved plans. 2. Seating is limited to 6 tables and a maximum of 12 seats, as shown on the approved outdoor seating plan. 3. The use of the outdoor seating is limited to the hours between 10:00 am and 11:00 pm Sunday through Wednesday and 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. 4. All tables and chairs shall be located directly in front of the tenant space inside the railing which delineates the outdoor seating area. 5. The barrier gate between Chacho's tenant space and The Cardiff Lounge's tenant space shall be closed and permanently locked at all times. Please be advised that failure to comply with this condition will require the replacement of the gated portion of the barrier with a solid barrier. 6. The canopies of the umbrellas associated with any outdoor tables shall provide a minimum vertical clearance of seven feet. PLN2009-131- 266 E. Campbell Avenue Page 2 of 2 7. All spills shall be cleaned immediately and the sidewalk shall be pressure washed as necessary or as required by the Community Development Director or Public Works Director. 8. The outdoor furniture and barrier shall be kept clean and in good repair and replaced and/ or fixed as necessary. 9. All litter shall be picked up immediately and the tables cleaned promptly. Chacho's is responsible for the clean up of all litter associated with the business. Litter removal may extend beyond the boundaries of the business frontage.
