Dear Ms. Henley,
The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception
application to construct a 7-foot fence (6' board on board w/1' lattice top) as shown on the
approved project plans. The Community Development Director has determined that the
requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by the Campbell Municipal
Code § 21.18.060 (E).
Your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions of
approval:
1. The fencing shall substantially conform to the approved project plans (enclosed) stamped
as received on October 27, 2009.
2. The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit from the Campbell Building Division prior
to installation of the approved fence.
This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision,
unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office by December
4, 2008. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt. Otherwise, you
may commence construction of the new fencing at the close of the 10 day appeal period.

NOTICE OF FENCE EXCEPTION
APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of the City of Campbell has
received an application for a Fence Exception.
File No.: PLN2009-136
Applicant: Regina Henley
Project Address: 645 Chapman Dr.
Zoning District: R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential)
Project Description: Fence exception application for a one foot lattice extension to the
existing side fence of the property, raising the overall fence
height to 7-ft.
The ten day comment period for this application shall begin November 11, 2009 and end on
November 23, 2009. Any comments regarding this application shall be submitted in writing
(including email) to the Planning Division before 5:00 p.m. on November 23, 2009 as a decision
will be rendered after this time. The project plans and a letter of request from the applicant are
available for public review at the Planning Division Office.
Decisions by the Community Development Director are final in 10 calendar days following the
date of approval, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's
Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, prior to the end of the appeal period. A written appeal
must be accompanied with the required $105 appeal filing fee.
