Dear Applicant:
The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Tree Removal Permit application

common landscaping within the Latimer Village development near units 67 and 83 on property located at the
above referenced address.
Your request has been approved subject to the following Condition of Approval:
1. The applicant shall plant three (3) 24-inch box Crape Myrtle trees as indicated on the submitted
replanting plan. The replacement tree shall be planted within 30 days of the effective date of this
approval, unless accepted horticultural practices dictate a preferential planting period for the species

The Tree Removal Permit has been approved based upon the City's determination, with a supporting
recommendation by a Certified Arborist that the trees are causing and may continue to cause damage to adjacent
existing dwellings.
This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal
is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, on or before December 21, 2009. If an appeal
is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt. Otherwise, you may remove the subject tree at the
close of the appeal period.
