Your request has been approved subject to the following Condition of Approval: The applicant shall plant one (1) 24-inch box Japanese Maple to be planted as shown on the submitted replanting plan. The replacement tree shall be planted within 30 days of the effective date of this approval, unless accepted horticultural practices dictate a preferential planting period for the species chosen as a replacement tree. The Tree Removal Permit has been approved based upon the City's determination, with a supporting recommendation by a Certified Arborist, that the tree is causing on-going damage to the foundation of the residence, which cannot reasonably be remedied in any other manner. This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, on or before February 8, 2010. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt. Otherwise, you may remove the subject tree at the close of the 10 day appeal period.
