Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2009-121) for two
new signs located at 1875 S. Bascom Avenue, Suite 114 and found that they are consistent with
the Pruneyard Master Sign Plan. The new wall signs are a roof canopy sign of 16' by 1'-10" (29
square-feet) and hanging arcade sign of 4' by 1' consist of individual letters reading, "Chase and
the bank logo" on a standard signing panels.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as
approved on September 24, 2009.
3. The applicant shall repair, patch, and repaint the stucco wall behind the signs to match the
existing stucco finish.
4. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
