The Planning Division has conditionally approved your revised Sign Permit application
(PLN2010-14) for a new 24.4 square-foot wall sign made of acrylic lettering with a bronze matte
finish, reading "Campbell Furniture Gallery," on property located at the above referenced
address, pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.10.060(K).
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to
sign installation.
2. The wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved revised plans and material
sample, dated as received on February 17, 2010.
3. All other existing signage on the building not related to the business shall be removed.
4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.

for a new 31 square-foot wall sign made of foam lettering with golden metal lamination reading
"Campbell Furniture Gallery," on property located at the above referenced address, pursuant to
Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.10.060(K).
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to
sign installation.
2. The wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans and material sample,
dated as received on February 5, 2010.
3. The sign shall include a metal return colored to match the sign face color.
4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
