Campbell Avenue - Foresite Systems Limited Application: Sign Permit -Revised Wall Sign Dear Mr. Cruse, The Planning Division has conditionally approved your revision to your previously approved Sign Permit application (PLN2010-15) allowing a modification to your originally sign from a 35.5 square foot wall sign to a 42.63 square foot wall sign made of white'/2 inch acrylic lettering stating "FORESITE SYSTEMS," blue '/z inch acrylic lettering stating "software solutions for the planet," and associated blue logo located on the Campbell Avenue Building Frontage on property located at the above referenced address, pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.30.080(B). This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the revised approved plans, dated as received on July 14, 2010. 3. This approval supersedes the previous sign application approval associated with application PLN2010-15, dated February 8, 2010. 4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 5. No illumination has been approved with this sign permit. Illumination of the wall sign will require planning and building approval. Any future illumination shall be provided either by interior lights or reflectors concealed in shrubbery or decorative structures. Illumination shall not cause glare on surrounding streets or adjacent property. The previously approved sign along the Barbano frontage shall not be modified. As office uses are allowed a total of 80 square feet of signage, the previously approved signage along Barbano Avenue (35.5 sq. ft.) and the modified Campbell Avenue signage (42.63 sq. ft) total 78.13 square feet, effectively consisting of the maximum signage allowed for this location.
