application that Mr. Garnett brought before the Conx»ission other than denial on the
basis that this is a senior citizen complex and should be brought under the patterns
that have beer, established for senior citizen development.

Commissioner Hebard questioned the number of bedr°oorns. Mr. Kee responded there

Commissioner Campos moved "S" 76-34 be approved seconded by Commissioner flebard
and unanimously adopted.

inundated with an abundance of office space needing to be rented.

ttrere would be discrim-inatien against landovrners on the north side of Hamilton
if this ryas not approved. An approval of -t.his application would provide more
poSSlblllt-IeS for their land to be improved.
