Campbell Ave. -Rajeunir Day Spa Application: Sign Permit -Wall Sign Dear Ms. Sibley, The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2010-193) for a new 21.72 square-foot wall sign consisting of individual non-illuminated one inch maroon PVC letters reading "Rajeunir Day Spa," on property located at the above referenced address, pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.30.080(A). This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant and/or business owner shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The applicant shall obtain planning approval and any necessary building and electrical permits prior to the installation of any signage lighting. 3. The wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans and material sample, dated as approved on August 17, 2010. 4. The signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 5. Window signage is limited to no more than 25% of the window area. 6. The applicant and/or business owner shall remove all portable (A-frame) signage from the property prior to the installation of the approved wall sign. Portable signage is prohibited within the City of Campbell.
