This is the point on the agenda where members of the public may address the Commission
on items of concern to the Community that are not listed on the agenda this evening. People
may speak up to 5 minutes on any matter concerning the Commission.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. PLN2010-50 Public Hearing to consider the application of Ms. Aman Dulay for a
Dulay, A. Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN2010-50) to allow the
construction of a new two-story single family residence on property
located at 324 Redding Road in an R-M (Multiple Family
Residential) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project
be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning
Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk

2. PLN2010-55 Public Hearing to consider the application of Kulvinder & Amrat
Banwait, K & A Banwait for a Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN2010-55) to
allow asecond-story addition to a one-story single-family residence
resulting in a FAR that exceeds .45 on property located at 1685
Westmont Avenue in an R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) Zoning
District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed
Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action
final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar
