Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2010-218) for a
new 25 square-foot wall sign consisting of individual non-illuminated one inch white PVC letters
reading "The Yoga Studio," on property located at the above referenced address, pursuant to
Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.30.080(A).
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant and/or business owner shall obtain any necessary building permits from the
Building Division prior to sign installation.
2. The wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans, dated as approved on
September 16, 2010
3. The signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
