Fence Exception - 2010CITY of CAMPBELL Community Development Department April 26, 2010 Arup and Pampa Biswas 1210 Nadine Dr. Campbell, CA 95008 Re: File No: PLN2010-58 Address: 1210 Nadine Dr. Application: Fence Exception Dear Mr. and Mrs. Biswas, The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception application to construct a 7-foot fence along the street side property line on the above referenced property as shown on the submitted project plans. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by the Campbell Municipal Code § 21.18.060 (E). Your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The fencing shall substantially conform to the approved project plans (enclosed) stamped as received on March 30, 2010. 2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building pernlit from the Campbell Building Division prior to installation of the approved fence. Please contact the Building Division at 866-2130 to determine if a building permit is necessary. This approval is final in l 0 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office by May 6, 2010. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt. Otherwise, you may commence construction of the new fencing at the close of the 10 day appeal period.
