ORAL REQUESTS NEW BUSINESS 1. HPB 2010 Proposed Schedule: The following Wednesdays at 4 pm (all fourth Wednesdays, except November and December): February 24 March 24 April 28 May 26 June 23 July 28 August 25 September 22 October 27 November 17 (3~d Wednesday) December 15 (3~d Wednesday) 2. Appointment of HPB representative to the Site and Architectural Review Committee SARC : Appoint a Historic Preservation Board member to cone-year term to assist SARC during review of any applications involving historic resources. 3. Fiscal Year 10/11 Work Plan Items: Discussion of the Planning Department's potential work plan items, including Historic Preservation Board activities, for the upcoming fiscal year (Attachment). 4. Mills Act and Other Local Incentives: A brief introduction to the Mills Act and other possible local incentives available to the City of Campbell (Attachment). 5. National Historic Preservation Month: Begin discussion on Historic Preservation Board activities and public outreach for May 2010. This year's theme is "Old is the New Green." OLD BUSINESS 1. 400 E. Campbell Avenue: Progress report from Mark Sandoval, AIA, regarding the Growers National Bank/ Mercantile Trust Company Building. 2. Tree Inventory: Update on Inventory (Attachment). 3. Heritage Trees: Update on Heritage Tree Designation process. 4. Historic Resource Inventory List: Discussion on activities to date.
