1. Civic Center East Master Plan: Public Works presentation of guiding principles for
the Civic Center East Master Plan (attachment).
2. 422/428 East Campbell Avenue: Review of a facade alteration proposal for
Gabriella's Bridal Boutique on property owned by Karen Blancato in the C-3-S
(Central Business District) Zoning District (attachment).
3. 109 South Forth Street: Review of a demolition proposal for a relocated and
unfounded residence (attachment).
OLD BUSINESS
1. Heritage Tree List: Review of assigned research sections of the existing Heritage
Tree List.
2. 1888 White Oaks Road: Comment letters to the Office of Historic Preservation for a
request for inclusion on the National Register for the residence known as the Earl
and Virginia Young House, owned by Rudolph and Joanna Herz.
