Review of a proposed addition to a residence owned by Mr. Michael Navone that is located within the Alice Avenue Historic District at 235 South First Street (attachment). OLD BUSINESS 1. Ultra Lounge (a7 400 East Campbell Ave. (Grower's Bank Bldg.): Reviewed at PC on 10/10/06. PC recommended approval to the City Council. 2. New Retail Buildina ~ 1235-1245 South Winchester Blvd._ (old A&W Building): Reviewed at PC on 10/10/06. PC recommended approval to the City Council. 3. Proposed Office Use for 91 South Second Street (Campbell/Russo House): This project will be heard in 2007, since a maximum of four General Plan Amendments can be heard each year. 4. Historic Resources Inventory: Review of "next steps" for possible inclusion of (12) properties on the Historic Resources Inventory. ANNOUNCEMENTS/COMMUNICATIONS Reappointments: Congratulations to Board members Blake and Herz on their reappointments to the Historic Presentation Board on October 3, 2006, for afour- yearterm expiring October 2010! (attachment) 2. AMAP Website: Visit the AMAP website at http://www.amap1.org. 3. Downtown Development Plan Update: Approved by City Council on October 3, 2006. 4. Mandated Ethics Training: November 16, 2006. 5. Ainsley House Federal Register Historic Plaque: Is on order! (attachment).
