1. Review of a proposed General Plan Amendment from Low-Medium Density
Residential to Office/Low-Medium Density Residential to utilize a residence owned
by Mr. Joseph A. Russo located at 91 South Second Street (Henry and Jessie
Campbell House, Queen Anne, Built 1895) as an office -Jackie C. Young Lind.
Pre-application PRE2006-00028. (Field trip to house before presentation.)
2. Review of a proposed Planned Development to construct four townhouses on
property located at 115 & 131 Sunnyside Avenue owned by Roger Thibodeau,
including the proposed demolition of a historic residence (Colonial Revival Cottage,
Built 1910) -Tim Haley. Pre-application PRE2006-00012.

1. Review of City Council Public Hearing of May 16, 2006 re: Historic Design
Guidelines.
2. Update on HPB Goals and Objectives.
3. Update on Photos and Oral History for Residential Demolitions at:
a. 500 W. Latimer Ave. (Bayles House, California Bungalow, Built 1931) -Tim
Haley; and
b. 68 Sunnyside Avenue (C.W. and Julia Cobb House, Pioneer Vernacular, Built
1904) -Stephanie Willsey.
4. Review of Historic Preservation Month Activities.
