NEW BUSINESS
1. Review Use Permit application PLN2001-56 for the movement of the Whitney House from 175
E. Campbell Ave. to 109 S. Fourth Street. The house is on the City's Historic Resources
Inventory. This item is being referred to the Board for a recommendation to the Planning
Commission -- scheduled for the June 12, 2001 agenda. (Staff)
2. Review Site and Architectural Permit application PLN2001-52 for the conversion from
residential to office uses and a second story addition to property at 46 N. Second Street. The
house is on the City's Historic Resources Inventory. This item is being referred to the Board for
a recommendation to the Planning Commission -- scheduled for the June 12, 2001 agenda.

3. Review Planned Development Permit application PLN2001-44 to allow the construction of 21
residential loft units on property located at 300 Orchard City Drive. The property is on the City's
Historic Resources Inventory. This item is being referred to the Board for a recommendation to
the Planning Commission -- scheduled for the June 26, 2001 agenda. (Staff)
4. Discussion of Historic Preservation and Historic Inventory Brochure. (Chair)
