CALL TO ORDER
Chair Blake called the Historic Preservation Board meeting of Wednesday, May 26,
2010 to order at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 70 North First
Street, Campbell, California, and the following proceedings were had to wit.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Heritage Tree Application Review 2010: Consideration of one Redwood tree,
located on public property at 540 W. Rincon Avenue. Board Member Sheehan
made a motion to approve. Vice-Chair Hernandez seconded. Approved 4-0-1
(Board Member Heinzler Absent).
2. Heritage Tree Application Review 2010: Consideration of a Redwood tree, located
on private property at 170 EI Caminito Avenue. Vice-Chair Hernandez made a
motion to approve. Board Member Mestrovich seconded. Approved 4-0-1 (Board
Member Heinzler Absent).
3. Recognition and Acknowledgement of Work Promoting the Preservation of Historic
Resources: Consideration of Recognizing Mr. Mark Sandoval AIA, for his work in
the promotion of Historic Preservation policies and goals within the City of Campbell.
Vice-Chair Hernandez made a motion to approve. Chair Blake seconded the
ceremonial acknowledgement. Approved 4-0-1 (Board Member Heinzler Absent).
Temporary adjournment at 4:07 p.m. for the presentation of Historic Preservation Board
Proclamations for the two designated Heritage Trees and the Historic Preservation
Recognition of Mark Sandoval AIA, on the City Green.
Regular Meeting resumed at 4:26 p.m.
OLD BUSINESS
None.
ANNOUNCEMENTS/COMMUNICATIONS
1. PAC SJ Garage Sale: Vice-Chair Hernandez advised the Board that PAC SJ is
holding a garage sale June 4t" and 5t" at 260 S. 13t" Street in San Jose to support
their preservation programs.
ADJOURNMENT
The Historic Preservation Board was adjourned at 4:31 p.m. to the next Regular
Meeting scheduled for 4:00 .m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2010.
