RESOLUTION N0. 10
WHEREAS, MADGE OVERHOUSE, has served on the Historic
Preservation Board of the City of Campbell since being
appointed a Boardmember on August 27, 1979; and
WHEREAS, Madge has been instrumental in the formation
of the Historic Preservation Board of the City of Campbell;
and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of this Board
that Madge has submitted her resignation effective October 1,
1 982;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Historic
Preservation Board hereby expresses its sincerest appreciation
to Madge for her service to this Board and to the City of
Campbell.

by the following roll call vote:
