HPB Resolution No. 19RESOLUTION N0. 19 HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application filed by Rick and Jacqueline Costanzo, to designate the residence at 227 Alice Avenue, as an Historic Landmark, and after testimony by proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. HPB 89-03. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Historic Preservation Board did find as follows: 1. The home is closely associated with the Hyde Family, and was built in the "Hyde Residential Park" Subdivision. 2. The home is a good example of the "Craftsman Bungalow" style of architecture. 3. The home is in excellent condition. Based on the above findings, the Historic Preservation Board does hereby recommend that the Planning Commission and City Council take action to designate the residence at 227 Alice Avenue, as an Historic Landmark in the City of Campbell, California PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27th day of September 1989, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Boardmembers: King, Gass, Burns, Johnson, Herz NOES: Boardmembers: None ABSENT: Boardmembers: None APPROVED: JOANNA HERZ, CHAIRPERSON ATTEST: TIM J.
