At the regular meeting of March 18, 2008, the City Council approved the staff
recommendation to authorize the applicant to proceed with an amendment to the Land
Use Element of the General Plan from Neighborhood Commercial to Low-Medium
Density Residential on the project site located at 900, 920 S. San Tomas Aquino Road
and 1200 Smith Avenue.
