Campbell Avenue Dear Applicant: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2010-246j for a new individual channel letter wall sign located at the above referenced address. The new sign is 21..39 square feet and consists of 18" illuminated individual letters reading 'Pure' with 7" vinyl letters reading `health lounge' along a business frontage of 23 linear feet. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The proposed wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the plans dated as approved on October 20, 2010. No raceways are approved. 3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
