Conditional Use Permit
Dear Mr. Mirkin:
The Community Development Director has reviewed your written request for none-year
extension of a Conditional Use Permit (Resolution No. 3840) to allow the constriction of a new
12,288 square foot two-story commercial office building and approving a medical use
designation (dental offices) for the proposed building located at 1930 S. Bascom Avenue. The
Director may administratively approve an extension for a maximum of one year beyond the
original approval time limit.
The Director has administratively approved this extension for a period of one year from the
original Conditional Use Permit expiration date of October 5, 2008. The new expiration date
shall be October 5, 2009. A building permit must be obtained, all of the Conditions of Approval
fulfilled, and the medical use shall be established before this extended expiration date or the
Conditional Use Permit approval shall be void.
