Dear Mr. Mirkin:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2007-191) for one
new freestanding sign, located at 1930 S. Bascom Avenue. The new freestanding sign is 14 feet
in height and 38.76 square feet in area with vinyl or channel letters, with address, individual
letters reading "Medical Office Building" and amulti-tenant panel.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building and electrical permits from the Building
Division prior to sign installation.
2. The proposed freestanding sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated
January 22, 2008.
3. Any illumination of the sign shall not cause glare on surrounding streets or adjacent property.
4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.

Dear Mr. Mirkin:
The Planning Division has reviewed your application for a Sign Permit (PLN2007-191) for a
new freestanding sign located at 1930 S. Bascom Avenue. Your application has been deemed
incomplete. The following information and details are needed to deem your application
complete:
1. Ste: The proposed sign does not meet the height or square footage requirements for
freestanding signs. The maximum height allowed for freestanding signs is 14 feet. The
maximum size allowed is 50 square feet. Please revise sign to meet the requirements of the
Sign Ordinance (see attached).
