Rosemary Lane has been incomplete since January 4, 2010. No formal response to the incompleteness letter of this date has been received. Pursuant to Section 21.38.040(C) of the Campbell Municipal Code, an application may remain incomplete for up to 180 days, after which time the application shall be deemed withdrawn. If you are still interested in pursuing a Tree Removal Permit, you will be required to submit a new application for review. Hamilton Avenue & 134 W. Rosemary Lane Dear Applicant: Thank you for your Tree Removal Permit application to remove a protected tree that is located on the property line between 49 W. Hamilton Avenue and 134 W. Rosemary bane. Your application has been deemed incomplete in that it lacks the following information: 1) Property Owner Si ng ature: As the tree in question is located on both your property and an adjacent residential property, the tree is jointly owned. Therefore, any application for removal shall require both property owner signatures in order for the city to respond to the request. 2) Arborist Report: Applications for a tree removal permit shall include an aborist report, prepared by an ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certified Arborist documenting the species, size, location, and condition of the subject tree. The report shall also include a discussion on the surrounding environmental conditions and conclude with a professional recommendation on the appropriateness of the removal request. Once the application is deemed complete, it will be scheduled for consideration by the Community Development Director.
