Dear Ms. Asadi,
Your application to modify a Previously Approved Conditional Use Permit in order to
construct four new modular classroom buildings, construction of a covered walkway and
entrance and associated increase in student population has been has been incomplete since
August 14, 2008. Most recently, the City granted you one last project extension in order to
provide you with one more opportunity to provide the necessary completeness documents and
fees. The last extension expired on January 5, 2010 without the necessary submittal documents.
Therefore, your application has expired and closed with no action taken.
If you are still interested in pursuing a Modification of a Conditional Use Permit for the
proposed improvements and associate increase in enrollment capacity for your existing private
school, you will be required to submit a new application for review, including new submittal
documents and the payment of all associated fees. If you should have any questions regarding
this notice, please feel free to contact me at (408) 866-2142 or by email at
stevepc~Ucityofcampbell.com. I truly look forward to working with you in the future, at such time
as you feel your project has become feasible.
Sincerely,

Re: Application for Modification to a Previously Approved Conditional Use Permit
File No.: PLN2008-110 - 1980 Hamilton Avenue
Dear Ms. Asadi
On August 14, 2008, The Planning Division determined that your Conditional Use Permit
application submittal for the construction of four new modular classroom buildings, construction
of a covered entrance and walkway and associated increase in enrollment to the existing school
located at the above referenced property was incomplete. You were provided written notice of
staff's determination and the information and fees necessary to move forward with your
application.
On October 29, 2009, we met and discussed the status of your project. At that time, I advised
you that the city would be unable to keep this project file open and that you had two weeks to
withdraw the application and receive a partial refund of fees paid to date or submit the
necessary documentation and fees to continue project review. If neither action was completed
within the two week period, the city would close the file and no refund of monies would occur.
You are being afforded one last extension of time to withdraw your application. You have until
January 5, 2010, to provide the city a written request for withdrawal. At this time unused project
document that you have submitted will be returned to you and a refund of unused fees will be
processed. If I do not receive your written withdrawal request by January 5, 2010, the project file
will be closed, extra project documents will be recycled and no fees will be refunded. Please be
advised that City Hall will be closed to the public from December 24th to January 4th for the
holidays. I will able to receive both mail and a-mail during this time.
I look forward to working with you on your proposal at such time as you have the resources to
complete the required traffic study. Please contact me at (408) 866-2142 or via email at
stevep@cityofcampebell.com if you have any questions or to discuss this matter further.
Sincerely,
